I was traveling across Italy when my glasses broke. Since I don’t speak Italian (I’m French), the lady in the shop showed lots of patience and skillfulness, and she did wonders, almost by magci: she fixed the unfixable! Thank you!
To me, since eyesight help us live in the world, the most important thing is the professionalism and seriousness in helping the customers solving their issues. In my case, I wouldn’t know what more to ask, since I have experienced them in this shop regularly and often for 15 years, having to frequently update the lenses of my glasses for reading and driving. Only one “fault”, so to speak: you are so kind that sometimes I feel embarrassed, such as when I try to pay for the mechanical maintenance of my glasses and you categorically refuse the money. Keep up the good work, and thanks!
I went to the store on many occasions for reasons of having, buying lenses, changing glasses, etc. and every time I have found professionalism, cordiality and a sincere interest in helping me find the best solution for me. Thank you
